The 3rd session of Mentoring for Startups started in March. 39 startups from all over the world are now being coached by their mentors. The pairs will have the opportunity to exchange ideas and work together until 30 June.
As part of its Startup Program and more specifically its Fast Forward Accelerator, offers support in the form of mentoring. employees provide startups with their expertise and experience to help them develop their business. To do this, and in order to offer startups high-quality learning, mentors receive training and support throughout the whole mentoring period.
The aim is to offer startups a choice of mentors that cover the different areas they would like to work on for their development: Marketing, Purchasing, Social Networks, Infrastructure Servers, CSR, but also Human Resources or Customer Experience and many other areas... Each Startup benefits from 7 hours personalised support over a 4-month period from their mentor, giving them the opportunity to find solutions to their challenges.
Mentoring for Startups is a great advantage when it comes to development of young companies. Above all, it's a human adventure that enables the Mentor/Startup pair to learn from each other, but also to develop a unique bond that lasts beyond the official mentoring period.
The 3rd session was a resounding success, with 113 startups applying, including the 39 startups selected who are now mentored by a mentor. We're very proud to be investing in mentoring and congratulate the startups selected for this year's event. Advancing hand in hand and sharing our knowledge is at the heart of values.
